fREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are open Monday through Friday 9 am to 6pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays to spend time with our families. 

We are contracted with every major insurance carrier, Medicaid, and Tricare. The only exceptions are a handful of private plans that require their members to use big-box chains. 

We do accept manufacturer copay assistance coupons, but we do not accept GoodRx and similar cash discount programs. Our prices are often cheaper than the  "GoodRx price." Additionally, we disagree with GoodRx's practice of sharing pricing and patient data with third-parties.

Transferring you and your family from another pharmacy to ours is very easy. Give us a call and let us know the patient information, the medications needed, and the pharmacy where the prescriptions are located. We will handle the transfer for you!

In the event you need a medication from our pharmacy and we are currently closed, call our main store number 205-729-5060 and leave a detailed message. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time or transfer it to another pharmacy that is open.
